As you know, autumn will be arriving soon. The Yin organ that bears the burden of the seasonal changes from late summer to autumn is the lungs, and the corresponding Yang organ is the large intestine. Past experience shows that the over-worked, stressed-out residents of the DC area will soon start experiencing respiratory and intestinal illnesses.
