Refinement of double pushing hands

Several points came out in today’s practice.  In Da Lu with large roll back #2, do not forget the weigh shifting, forward on attack and backward on neutralization.  In the Yin-Yang symbol tracing, Peng Lu Ji An and other sets, do not let the post arm rise higher than parallel with the ground.  In centering, when your partner pushes your torso through your open door, remember that the same side hand locking his elbow is an effective neutralization and it can be combined with pressure on his fingers similar to white crane nods head.  However, in this situation the first to attack with the free hand will gain an advantage.  When your partner pengs in response to your attempt to seal his elbows in, turn off one elbow and push the other to uproot him.
