Seeking Taiji Knowledge

I am always puzzled to meet people who call themselves taijiquan practitioners but do not know the name Yang, Jwing Ming. I think that is like calling yourself a physicist and not knowing about Robert Oppenheimer or Enrico Fermi. If you are seriously trying to learn Yang Style Taijiquan, but you are not reading Master Yang’s books, then you are missing some extremely valuable resources. The secretive and the greedy might ask if Master Yang is such a valuable resource, why am I sharing the news? Well, of course, in the old days when knowledge of the art was a matter of life and death, people would not have spead the word, but today, most of us want to preserve and spread the knowledge of real Taijiquan. On the Internet you can find a lot of questions about Taijiquan, a lot of misinformation as well as a lot of people who misinformed but at the same time vociferious about sharing their misinformation. If people would make the effort to read Master Yang and the other great masters who willingly share their knowledge, we would not have so much stumbling around in the dark and aggressive spreading of inaccuracies.
